ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS
HOW CAN I PAY?
We have an easy and quick check out process. We accepting credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery. Additionally we accepting Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, ApplePay and some other additional payments.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number for your package with your shipping conformation e-mail from "Divine Gem Cat" once your order has shipped. If you can't find your order conformation or shipping conformation e-mail, please check your other e-mail folders. If you still can't find any information please send your e-mail to: Yelena@divinegemcat.com and we will be happy to assist you.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
We are generally do not provide exchanges. However, if you're interested in exchanging an item, please reach out via email to Yelena at Yelena@divinegemcat.com. We'll be happy to discuss the specific item you're considering. We're pleased to offer unique, one-of-a-kind items that are truly irreplaceable.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order please send us an e-mail: divinegemcat@gmail.com ASAP. Order cannot be cancelled ones shipped.
Please note that cancelled orders will be refund minus 10% restocking fee.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE to you on your USA order of $50 or more!
For all orders under $50 you will pay flat rate $4.99. Your package will be shipped via USPS.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally at this time.
MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
Shipping Policy for Damaged Packages
While we ensure that all orders leave our facility in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact the Shipping Company: Reach out to the shipping company directly to report the damage and begin a claim process.
- Notify Us: Although we aren't responsible for in-transit damage, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item as soon as possible. This information helps us maintain quality assurance and assist future processes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Once your order leaves our facility, we entrust its safe delivery to our shipping partners. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been dispatched. If you encounter such an issue, please follow these steps:
- Contact the Shipping Company: Begin by reaching out to the shipping company to report the loss or theft and initiate a claim with them.
- Track Your Shipment: Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow up on your package's status.
- Notify Us: While we are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility, please feel free to notify us of the issue. We can assist you in contacting the shipping company if needed.
